Step # 1

• Make sure you enter the correct Phone Number and Email Address
• Leave Agent ID as is and ensure that you take note of your agent
• Click Register

Step # 2

• A confirmation message will show up on your screen
• Select Personal as your Account Type
• Enter your Personal Details and Password (you would have received this via sms or email)
• Select Create Account. 

Step # 3

• Login into your new account.
• Select Profile and carefully enter your personal information
• Select the Save Changes option. 
• Update your password, make sure you enter your temporary password first and create a new and more secure one.
• Select the Change Password Option

Step # 4

• Verify your email address
• Upload your ID or Passport Copy to Verify your Identity
• Upload your Bank Statement or Utility Bill to Verify your address

Should any of your documents be rejected, carefully go through the reasons why and fix the issues and then try and upload again till they are accepted.
