Atlantic Global Asset Management is an investment firm that merged with Questra World and together they formed Questra Holdings. Established in 2009, they initially started out with major companies and clients that could invest with them till 2013 when they paved way for regular individuals to come on board. In 2016 they were able to purchase an airline that had been liquidating and they have been buying smaller promising companies ever since.

1. Placement

They sell securities to limited private investors. These investors range from Investment banks, Investment fund and Insurance companies.

2. Refinancing Companies and Financial Factoring

These companies would have lost their capital due to various reasons and Atlantic Global Asset Management personnel will identify such entities in need of money for their growth and operational plans.They source for new funding and they in turn make money from these ventures

3. Arranging and Carrying out of IPO

Atlantic Global Asset Management purchases shares from new companies before they reach the IPO stage. They also buy into companies that are liquidating before they get to IPO. Their profit is the difference between the stock price and their starting out price at the commencement of trading.
